Lithuanian academic institutions are expanding cooperation with the UAE

A delegation of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU), led by Vice-Dean Dr. Alvidas Šarlauskas, visited the Lithuanian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and introduced their plans and ambitions to expand cooperation with the UAE by inviting to study in Lithuania.

Almost a quarter of all students currently studying at LSMU are from abroad. Among them, 15 are from the UAE. LSMU aims to triple this number in the coming years. It was agreed that the Lithuanian Embassy would contribute to LSMU's aspirations to fulfil this ambition. Representatives of EDUSCOPE, local company helping LSMU to implement student exchanges, were also present.
